Letar efter teknisk dokumentation på Lynx Enduro 400F (2002-2005)

I USA skulle många människor vilja ändra sina Ski-doo 377/380-motorer till Enduro 400F-specifikationer för mer HP

Vi kan hitta ägarhandböcker som ger HP.

Män Vi har ingen teknisk information som komprimeringsförhållanden eller porttiming.

Har någon på Lynxtalk den här informationen? Finns det en online-länk till Service Manual för Enduro 400F

Looking for technical documentation on the Lynx Enduro 400F (2002-2005)

In the USA many people would like to modify their Ski-doo 377 / 380 motors to Enduro 400F specifications for more HP

We can find owners manuals that give HP.
But we have no technical information like Compression Ratio or port timing.

Does anyone on Lynxtalk have this information? Is there a online link to the Service manual for the Enduro 400F.

We have been looking for Info for three years

We found the Skidoo MXZ380 HO in the advertisement - 49HP

But the Skidoo 380HO is European model only - Not sold in USA. No information

Then we found Enduro 400F same sled but different decals

So I guess we could use Enduro 400F or Skidoo 380HO info. Most important is compression ratio but anything else would help

We have owners manual and parts list for Enduro 400F from BRP but they do not list what we need

You have solved a 3 year old mystery!!

We had hoped that Lynx has the same type documentation as Ski-Doo
the specification booklet is exactly like the Ski-Doo version. Of course for different models.

One more question - Since the Specification Booklets are similar - Do you think there is also a Lynx Race Manual for the Enduro models?

The Race manuals in the USA have some "secrets" for tuning.
Would be nice to know what Lynx had in the same time...

I think we only had the doo's race handbook at work.
But I can check later this year, I'm home with my kids right now.

Thats why there is not so much information to find about them.
They were produced in very limited numbers.
Basicly they are the same chassi/sled.
The engine package is exactly the same.
However the Lynx sled had much better front and rear suspension compared to the Ski-Doo.

I hope you get something out of our forum as well even if most of it is written in swedish, it's a fantastic source of information for Lynx machines in particular but other machines as well.
My experience of Google translate is not so god, expecially when you do it in technical texts and as the texts in this forum might not be written in the perfect language for translation it might be an issue.
But don't hesitate to ask, we have a quite good english background from school so reading is seldom a problem :)

That is more good information 2stroke :tumme:

I can see where the Junior class would mean only a few machines being built.

Actually in the USA that was what the Freestyle 300 single was used for - Junior class.
But they are easier to find because they had other uses too.

Yes- I have already been looking through many of the old posts.
As you say, a lot of good information here.
Also found the "Old site" and started looking there,

Some of it makes me wish we had Lynx brand in the USA! :)

As far as translation - You are correct, Google technical translation is not always perfect.
But so far, since I know about snowmobiles, I have been able to figure it out.

However- I would not want to build an airplane from a translated manual.
Well, at least not fly in it ;)
