Seems like suspension is like it should be and this thing is rideable.

for next ride I test looser front springs, have to find right spring for trail and sidehills.

If your running boards are an issue,
I suggest you to turn into Polaris side and buy boards from new 2013 PRO RMK.
Like a friend did into his REV Summit XRS-800 ( 2007 ).

640 on full gas seems to be now max (open lake wot 400meters) Normally on hills I try to keep it between 550 - 620.

Thanks! Now I´ve been playing with suspension and after got that dialed in had to go through clutches. Bits and pieces are coming together and now there seem to be light in the end of the tunnel :) I lifted front arm 15mm up on the frame. Now I can run on 2nd lowest position in limiter strap and sus...

Its been pain in the arse! All test runs with different variator setups ended into RPM surge. Few pulls and motor died completely..well changed jets etc and last solution was to switch pipe from 800R...and cure was found ;D Bad thing is that I have to start testing all over again.. Well that is not ...

nope, speed gauge is ok and I need it for this. tach wont work without speedo. And if you are asking RS speed gauge, that is already sold. I still have all other electrics for sale.
